A series benefitting Roswell Park patients and their families

Stillwater Farm is no stranger to gastronomy. We have close relationships with renowned professional chefs who care deeply about the provenance of the ingredients they serve, and our products regularly grace the menus at Western New York’s most respected farm-to-table restaurants. (Our lamb has even been served at the James Beard House in New York City—twice.)

This year, we are excited to partner with our good friends in the restaurant industry for a deserving cause. Starting in June and continuing through October, our Chef Series Farm Dinners will bring the best talent in the business directly to the farm for evenings of delicious food, drink, and camaraderie.


Most importantly, a portion of every ticket sale will support the expansion of C.A.R.E at Stillwater, a program that invites pediatric patients from Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and their families to join us at the farm for a special day of outdoor fun, farm education, and healthy eating experiences.


All dinners take place under a tent at our beautiful farm. Ticket prices include:


Welcome drinks and hors d'oeuvres

Chef welcome remarks
- An interactive tour of the farm
- A multi-course meal under the tent showcasing our lamb,       chicken, and eggs

-Wine and/or alcohol pairing with each course

- Live musical entertainment 


  A highlight of the dinner will be the chef's comments regarding the ingredients and preparation of each course.

NEW this year, merchandise and select cuts of lamb will be available for purchase. So bring your appetite and shopping list!

We only cancel a dinner if there is an extreme weather event.

You will be contacted by phone as soon as the decision to cancel is made, please be sure to then contact all parties you purchased tickets for.

Tickets are transferable but NOT refundable.

The Waxlight crew will visit us in full force again this year. This talented group of owner-operator chefs and sommeliers always focus on the best that WNY’s farms and vineyards has to offer. 




Chef Darian Bryan

Las Puertas

Our friend Victor will be returning to the farm for the third year. Chef Victor’s meals continue to evolve, with an emphasis on technique and quality.





July 11th

Chef Warhol’s passion for local, fresh ingredients creates an exceptional dining experience - right here - on the farm, from the West coast to the East coast and now here in our back pasture.




The Dapper Goose

August 1st

This is the second appearance for Keith, Jesse and the Dapper Goose team at our farm. Last year they brought humor, fun, and fabulous food, and we expect nothing less this year.




Billy Club

August 8th

Dan Hagen and Jake Strawser are the powerhouse duo who own and man the front of the Billy Club, the completely scratch-made, farm to table restaurant situated in the heart of Buffalo’s historic Allentown district.




Winfields Pub

August 14th

Tab Dalton and his family have been creating some of the best food in Buffalo for years. This little pub will bring some big flavors and an all Americana menu to our farm and we cant wait!




This Little Pig

August 15th

Jeffrey and Mandy will bring their passion for New American cuisine and local traditional foods to the farm for an experience that is both familiar and new.

Chef Bruce Weiszala will be joining us again this year, this time with the crew from Chez Ami, the restaurant at Buffalo's Curtiss Hotel.




Glamping At The Farm

This year we’ve added a private tent glampsite with luxurious bedding and furnishings. This means that 2 of you can purchase a dinner ticket and then spend the night right here on the farm afterwards. Must call for dates and details.
