Coming to us from his home base, The Kitchen Studio, Chef Red Beard will bring his authentic Americana menu and his authentic self to the farm.

Formerly at Harvest, a restaurant located inside the historic Bent’s Opera House in Medina, Chef Malik is coming out with a team to showcase his extraordinary skills. He strives for a perfect flavor balance in the meals and sources ingredients that are seasonally sustainable. We are grateful to have Chef Malik and his team back again this year. Prepare yourself to experience the ultimate in fine dining!

The Dog & Pony Saloon is located in the heart of South Buffalo on Seneca Street and is a proud part of our city’s vibrant food & beverage scene.

A CIA graduate who has cooked at the Farm many times under the watchful eyes of her executive chef. This summer, Mary will be creating her own menu, and bringing her energy and love for food to our table.

Dave Cozantino, a well known Buffalo restaurateur brings his Italian cuisine and love of Italian culture to his menu. We say “Ciao, Dave” and welcome his team back to the tent.

Art’s is a community supported, worker/owned cafe on Main Street in Springville. Their focus and their mission is to inspire, restore and build community through food and art. Let’s build some community at the farm with this inspired team.

Dan Hagan and Jake Strawser are the powerhouse duo who own and man the front of Billy Club, the completely scratch-made, ingredient focused restaurant situated in the heart of Buffalo's Allentown district. We welcome them back for their fifth! visit to the farm.

Chef Marc has an impressive resume, he is currently the Executive Sous Chef at the Country Club of Buffalo. His unique cooking style will bring a zing to the Farm, a mix of modern Italian and Latino cuisines.

Elm Street Bakery began from a desire to create a community gathering place where neighbors could break bread over fresh, seasonal food sourced from local farmers in a warm and welcoming environment. That sense of community will be with us under the tent.

Shannon is in the process of opening her first brick and mortar store in Larkinville, a space where families can enjoy fresh bread, cured meats, and Sunday sauce; a cozy warm place that feels like Italy.

Returning for the 2025 season, this restaurant in the Calumet Building in the entertainment district sources fresh, local ingredients. They always bring the farm fresh feels. 

Ladybird deli + bakery, created by chef owner and great friend of the farm, Ross Warhol, features handmade bread, pastries, and an extensive menu. As always, Chef Warhol will bring a creative and delicious menu to the dinner tent. He is extraordinary at his craft, and we are so honored to have him share his gifts with us.

The Lombardo family has been serving Buffalo since 1975, and their favorite thing to do is taking care of others. The menu at Lombardos on Hertel is inspired by regional Italian preparations with high quality ingredients and a slow approach to cooking. Across the street is The Little Club, known for its welcoming hospitality, and locally sourced ingredients. Food and family are our inspirations as well.

Fairbanks, an upcoming restaurant in Lewiston by acclaimed restaurateurs Daniel Hagen and Jake Strawser (Billy Club), offers a unique dining experience that celebrates the abundance of local ingredients and terroir of the Northeast. Fairbanks showcases their signature style of cooking that combines local ingredients, seasonal flavors, and creative techniques to create dishes that are both delicious and memorable - a perfect fit for the farm.

A fresh face to the farm this year, Quenelle is a modern French bistro on Franklin Street. We are so looking forward to welcoming them to the farm.
